CS Gibbs Inc is a small firm in Riverview Village, Mtubatuba, servicing the greater Zululand area, as well as clients across South Africa.
It was established by Camilla Gibbs with the purpose of providing approachable and personalised legal services to the community. Camilla has a client-based approach, tailoring legal solutions and ways of working according to clients’ needs. She understands the frustrations clients face when dealing with a legal matter, whether it is an overburdened Master’s Office, tedious municipality, or protracted court dates, and aims to counter this by focusing on providing as smooth transactions as possible.

We attend to all aspects of property transfers, from drafting sale agreements to final registration in the Deeds Office. Services include subdivisions, consolidations, registration of notarial leases and servitudes, and other Deeds Office transactions.
Commercial Agreements:
Agreements are drafted, tailer-made to our clients’ needs. Whether it is sale of
business agreements, lease agreements, service level agreements, or advice on a contract,
we will ensure your rights are protected and your particular needs are met.
Wills and Administration of Deceased Estates:
We can ensure that you have a comprehensive and valid Will in place to give you peace of mind. Also assisting with relieving you of the laborious administrative burden of the winding up of your loved ones’ estates.
Family Law
From drafting your Antenuptial
Contract, to Divorce and Children’s Court matters, we ensure our
clients’ rights are protected and that they arrive at a resolution of their disputes.
Litigation and Collections
We deal with correspondent/agency work at the Mtubatuba Magistrate’s Court on a tariff or agreed fee basis through thorough preparation,
adherence to the rules of the court all within clear timelines.
